Ross & Baruzzini is pleased to announce that we have once again been named as a finalist on the St. Louis Business Journal’s prestigious list of Best Places to Work. The honor recognizes Ross & Baruzzini’s achievements in creating a positive work environment through a combination of employee satisfaction, company culture, leadership and work environment. This award marks the third time Ross & Baruzzini has been featured as one of the top places to work.

The award is measured by a wide range of research-validated factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction including communication, management structure, benefits and teamwork. More than 250 companies and their employees entered this year’s competition and completed confidential surveys administered by Quantum Workplace.
Ross & Baruzzini thoughtfully approaches the recruitment and retention of its employees, focusing on creating a team environment and collaborative culture fueled by growth. Approximately 125 of Ross & Baruzzini’s 320 employees are based out of the St. Louis headquarters.
