Ross & Baruzzini has announced the appointment of Trista Stahr as new Human Resources Director who will support the business to achieve growth and operational effectiveness.
Trista Stahr joins Ross & Baruzzini, bringing with her a wealth of HR consultancy experience across a broad range of business sectors. Stahr specializes in client support, strategic partnerships, and talent acquisition and analysis and will be responsible for the overall HR strategy for the firm.

Stahr began her career as a Senior Associate in Human Resources at Cassidy Turley where she was involved in recruiting over 100 employees, compensation and benefits support. Most recently, Stahr worked for Maritz as the Director of HR for Maritz Motivation Solutions where she was responsible for talent acquisition and management, employee mediation/relations and compensation consulting. She was recently awarded the Maritz Motivation Solutions Standing Ovation Honor.
Stahr holds a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications from Southeast Missouri State University master’s degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Webster University. She holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP Certifications and is the current president of the Lewis and Clark Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
