The program must also document the team’s understanding of eventual operational parameters, such as pedestrian/vehicular traffic flow, screening, and materials management. The security program is developed early in the design process and then used throughout the design lifecycle as a governing document for the entire design team. Working together, the team determines the best way to translate those principles into constructible project elements as the design evolves.
