Ross & Baruzzini has a proven track record of improving the operations for our clients' existing buildings. Our Retro-Commissioning (RCx) process is straightforward and focuses on improving operations, saving costs, and securing funding mechanisms to implement the work. We assess every facility top to bottom, reviewing the performance and configuration of all the living systems in the building to develop a compressive list of improvement measures with clear scopes of work, implementation costs, operational savings, and return on investment. During implementation, we manage for success through our proven construction administration, systems commissioning, and measurement/ verification processes. Throughout the project, we utilize streamlined tools, provide clear communication, and engage all stakeholders to ensure our clients' goals and expected outcomes are achieved.
