A dedicated staff of construction administrative professionals focuses on resolving issues and managing the flow of information between Owners, contractors, architects, and sub-consultants throughout the construction phase of the project to deliver projects on time and per the contract documents. 

The process starts with an interdisciplinary quality review of construction documents prior to issuing for bid to ensure full coordination of the various design disciplines and concludes with delivery of completed close-out documents to the Owner. In between, our multi-disciplined team attends construction meetings and performs regular site observations to monitor progress, address Contractor & Owner questions, and implement any required changes to the contract to keep construction flowing smoothly.
