Ross & Baruzzini Appoints John Desch as Chief Commercial Officer
Ross & Baruzzini is pleased to announce the appointment of John Desch as the firm’s first Chief Commercial Officer.
In this role, Desch will guide strategy for how the company interfaces with its clients in order to refine natural synergies that exist across the firm’s various markets and divisions and drive current and future growth. Having served as vice president of strategic business for Ross & Baruzzini for the past three years, Desch brings a unique understanding of the firm’s operational and business challenges. His extensive experience in sales, marketing, product management and strategy development will be integral in enhancing Ross & Baruzzini’s business development efforts.

Desch brings more than 25 years of experience to this role. Prior to Ross & Baruzzini, Desch served in an executive position with United Hospital Services, a $500 million healthcare company, where he provided sales and marketing leadership. Additional experience includes Philips Medical Systems, Siemens Healthcare and HCA, where he served as the healthcare administrator with responsibility for professional services functions.
