Ross & Baruzzini provided professional architecture and engineering services for an approximate 7,500sf single-story building and adjacent 2,500sf connector/mezzanine at the north side of the existing SRG Global Plant in Farmington, Missouri. The facility replaced an existing effluent treatment facility and consists of a structural steel building with a metal panel exterior skin to house over 16 effluent treatment tanks and related process piping and equipment. The building is approximately 36 feet high with bottom of structural steel to adequately clear the top of tanks. Services included architectural and MEP/FP engineering for schematic design, construction documents, bidding and negotiation and construction administration. As drawings of the existing facility were unavailable, Ross & Baruzzini field verified existing conditions and created record drawings for areas of the adjacent building.
