Ross & Baruzzini is the lead Information Technology and Security consultant for the new Al Maktoum International Airport which is expected to be the largest passenger airport in the world upon completion of Phase 1 with a capacity of 130 Million passengers per annum. Phase 1 includes a terminal building and two concourses that will provide approximately 200 aircraft stands. Ross & Baruzzini is providing engineering design services and specialty consulting services for Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems covering Data Network, Security, Telephony, Special Airport Systems, Passenger and Baggage Screening, Passenger Tracking, Queue Management, Master Clock, and associated management systems. We are providing telecommunication room fit-out, data center design, security risk assessments, and airport consulting services under associated contracts. Al Maktoum International Airport will ultimately accommodate approximately 400 aircraft stands, distributed around four concourses with a capacity of 220 million passengers per year.
