Jefferson Barracks, Missouri
The 141,000sf building is situated on the historic Jefferson Barracks 14-acre site in south St. Louis County. The facility serves as a Joint Armed Forces Reserve Center for the Missouri National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve and accommodates the training of 680 troops. Design criteria included LEED Silver, anti-terrorism force protection, and state historic preservation requirements. Spaces include a main assembly hall, a full-service kitchen, classrooms, unit storage, arms vaults, administration, a library, and a physical fitness area.
