BIM 3D Interference Modeling
During the Detail Design (DD) phase of a project, we verify all interferences within the existing facility before detailing the location of the BHS conveyor. Our design team utilizes electronically produced field data to create a precise 3D model of the facility, utilities, and other obstructions.
Using an Autodesk® program called NavisWorks®, we visually pinpoint all interferences and modify the design or facility depending on the clients' needs. This process mitigates the impact of making adjustments in the field, which can negatively impact a project's schedule and costs.
