Ross & Baruzzini is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Zoia to Director of Aviation - North America. In his new position Zoia assumes responsibility for operation of the firm’s aviation practice in the United States and Canada leading strategic and tactical planning efforts, overseeing client relations and managing transportation projects and related engineering teams.
With over 10 years of diverse aviation experience, Zoia brings considerable expertise in large-scale capital development projects, master planning, and engineering of technology and security systems. Zoia served a variety of airports, both in North America and globally where he managed major terminal improvements and greenfield airport development projects. His portfolio includes Dallas Ft. Worth International Airport, Baltimore-Washington International Airport, Hamad International Airport (Doha, Qatar), King Abdulaziz International Airport (Jeddah, KSA) and the world newest, largest airport development at Al Maktoum International Airport (Dubai, UAE).

Zoia earned a Master of Arts in Business & Organizational Security Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology at Saint Louis University. He is a long-standing member of multiple industry associations including the American Society for Industrial Security and is a certified Physical Security Professional, Certified Protection Professional and a Registered Communication Distribution Designer.
