The long-term project includes the design and update of security systems for the iconic Philadelphia Museum of Art, as part of a $500M renovation and expansion of the main building. The project will involve the addition of an 80,000 square foot gallery to be constructed underneath the famous “Rocky Steps.”  DVS, a division of Ross & Baruzzini, provided design for new electronic security systems, including access control, alarm monitoring, video surveillance, and artwork protection. Previous work at the Museum includes security design for the Perelman Building, Rodin Museum, and parking garage.
