The facility serves as a new 911 Public Safety Response Center to serve the Tulsa Metropolitan Area. The single-story, 26,510sf hardened building features a central, landscaped courtyard with fountain surrounded by the building operational functions. The E911 facility includes an operations area with 48 custom consoles, administrative offices and support space for 20, a  break room, lockers, restrooms, an operations training room with 10 consoles, a data center, a multi-purpose room/workout room, and two classrooms. Design considerations included maintaining 24/7 operations, F4 tornado resistance, and blast resistance.
