Jacqueline is a decisive executive leader with nearly 20 years of progressive and meaningful experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures designed to provide for the highest safety of the traveling public. Jacqueline most recently served as the Deputy Executive Director for Operations and Emergency Management at Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) where she was responsible for airside, terminal and landside operations at all LAWA airports, as well as the Emergency Management Division. Previous to LAWA, Jacqueline worked at Denver International Airport as Assistant Deputy Manager of Aviation.
