Ross & Baruzzini Welcomes Jacqueline Yaft as Vice President and Director of International Mission-Critical

Jacqueline Yaft has joined Ross & Baruzzini as Vice President and Director of the International Mission-Critical market. She will oversee the development of high-end consultancy, planning and engineering services in aviation, transportation and other mission-critical industries.

Yaft is a decisive executive leader who brings a very strong background in airport management with 20+ years in all aspects of operating major airports, including terminal construction, capital planning, and as well as community\airlines involvement.  She has significant industry experience in development and implementation of cutting-edge command and control solutions that provide the highest safety to the public and operating environment. Most recently, Yaft served as the Deputy Executive Director for Operations and Emergency Management at Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) where she was responsible for airside, terminal and landside operations at all LAWA airports as well as the Emergency Management Division. Prior to her position at LAWA, she served as Assistant Deputy Manager of Aviation at Denver International Airport and held positions at JFK International Airport and Kansas City International Airport.

Yaft earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.  She is a prominent member of several industry groups including the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and is certified on National Incident Management System (NIMS).
