Ross & Baruzzini Announces Addition of Airport Consultant Kori Nobel

Ross & Baruzzini is pleased to announce the appointment of Kori Nobel as Aviation Consultant. With more than twenty years’ experience in the aviation industry, Nobel is a recognized expert in airport emergency management and operational planning and training.

Nobel most recently served as the Emergency Program Manager for the Port of Portland where she developed and implemented emergency response plans, policies and procedures and developed and conducted emergency management training and exercises for Port employees, tenants and stakeholders. As a subject matter expert on natural and man-made disasters, Nobel assisted in the development of airport tenant emergency operations plans and training; terminal evacuation procedures, maps, and protocols; departmental business continuity plans; and personal and family preparedness kits and plans.

Nobel earned a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Studies from the University of North Dakota. She previously served as a member of the Oregon Air National Guard and is a long-standing member of industry associations including the American Association of Airport Executives and the Oregon Emergency Management Association. Nobel currently serves as the chair for the Regional Emergency Management Technical Committee for the Regional Disaster Preparedness Organization.
