Ross & Baruzzini is serving the State of Missouri as prime A/E for programming, design, bidding and construction phase services for 141,000-sf of building improvements and associated site improvements at the southwest portion of the historic Jefferson Barracks 135-acre site in South St. Louis County. The facility will serve as a Joint Armed Forces Reserve Center to serve the Missouri National Guard and US Army Reserve. The $25.5 Million facility design will accommodate the training of 680 troops and includes two buildings. The building incorporates UFC anti-terrorism and force protection requirements and is targeted to achieve a LEED Silver rating.
