Ross & Baruzzini provided full design and consulting engineering services for the mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, communications, fire alarm, and life safety systems for The Farrell Learning & Teaching Center, a new 108,000-sf, $35,000,000 classroom and laboratory facility. Ross & Baruzzini integrated the facility infrastructure into the building's architecture in a way that compliments, rather than compromises, the Owner's program and Architect's vision. Technology planning for this state-of-the-art teaching center included detailed planning for information intensive spaces, network and communication infrastructure, audio-visual and wireless systems.
