Ross & Baruzzini provided architectural and engineering services for the complete renovation of over 125,000-sf of space in three cities. Each site presented its own unique challenges and opportunities due to building space, city code issues, local contractors, and the ultimate client goals. Each project was constructed in phases to facilitate the owner's "fast track" schedule. These facilities are designed to accommodate 325 people and include corporate and staff offices, conference facilities, network operations centers, data centers, collocation rooms, multi-media rooms, and support staff spaces. Systems were engineered to support the facility's 24/7 operations and the corporate demand of maintaining internet operations 99.9% of the time.
