Ross & Baruzzini was responsible for the design of all information technology systems in the new Airport Operations Center/Emergency Operations Center (AOC/EOC) at the Indianapolis International Airport. Scope of work included Telephony, Life Safety/Public Safety, Security, Communication, and Audio Visual Systems. Technology systems accounted for approximately $4 million of the total facility construction cost of $8 million. Due to this state-of-the-art facility, the Indianapolis International Airport has been designated 'StormReady' by the US National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), making it only the second US airport to be honored in this way.
