Ross & Baruzzini provided architectural and engineering services for the new Pittsburgh International Airport Consolidated Communications Center that houses airport operations, fire, county police, security monitoring, and 911 dispatch functions. The new 12,000-sf phased building addition is located on the rooftop of the existing concourse. Ross & Baruzzini also provided low-voltage systems engineering for all low voltage systems, including access control, 800 MHz trunked radio, closed-circuit television, computer-aided dispatch, emergency 911, building automation systems, emergency voice announcement, and security.
