Ross & Baruzzini provided the programming, schematic design, design development, RFP development, and an on-going advisory
role for a new $24.5 Million, 35,000-sf Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and data center, on seven acres, for the City of
San Antonio. Ross & Baruzzini served as the lead architectural, MEPFP engineering, and technology consultant for three key
elements of the EOC: business model development, facility systems, and technology systems. The new facility will serve as
the primary EOC for the region. The 24/7 facility features a blast resistant structure and redundant utilities
infrastructure to sustain operations during extreme conditions.
