Ross & Baruzzini provided programming, architecture, interior design, and engineering of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical
and security systems for a single-story, 26,510-sf hardened building and associated site improvements at a six-acre site in suburban
Tulsa. The project included programming, design, bidding and construction phase services. The 24/7 facility is to be utilized as a
new 911 Public Safety Response Center to serve the Tulsa Metropolitan Area and has been designed according to blast and tornado
resistance criteria. The building features a central landscaped courtyard with a fountain surrounded by the building operational
functions.
